One of the best things you can do for your body is to drink a lot of water, daily. It clears your skin, boosts your immune system, and prevents kidney damage, just to name a few. There are tons of recipes you can find online on how to make your own products. From moisturizers, to cleansers, and even toothpaste – all of these can be DIY’d without hurting the environment.
