It’s that time of the year when New York City is overrun with models, celebrities, and bloggers: New York Fashion Week (February 8-16). At Arlo SoHo, a squadron of fashionistas has taken over The Living Room. And if you want to catch a glimpse of models off duty, celebs between shows, and bloggers posing on the street and cafes for their #ootd, we’ve got the rundown on where the fashion crowd hangs out during NYFW.

Cafe Clover

Cafe Clover in the West Village is where the cool gals and gents hang out over leisurely lunch in stylish settings (those eye catching blue banquettes!).Taylor Swift, Lena Dunham, Prabal Gurung, Sarah Jessica Parker and Jason Wu are just some of the many celebs that love Cafe Clover. And what do you eat at this hotspot? Gorgeous, fresh, flavorful food a la lentil bowls and protein-rich salads—but make sure to leave some room for dessert. The warm cookie plate is not to be missed. Photo courtesy of @loveandlemons on Instagram.

Dr Smood

Catch Brookes Nader, Elsa Hosk, Romee Strijd and Lorena Rae at Dr Smood, this ultra healthy grab-and-go cafe that fuels models in between shows. The 100-percent organic cold-pressed juices are popular for instant nutrition, or opt for the Performance Sandwiches, made with low-glycemic-index bread layered with lean proteins (salmon, tuna, fish or veggie) and avocado to keep you full and energized for hours. Photo courtesy of @lois.park on Instagram.

De Maria’s pink and green pastel colors along with metal details and tiled bar make it a perfect Instagrammable moment, not to mention its power breakfasts and nutritious dinners. Highlights from the Japanese-influenced menu, curated by chef Camille Becerra, include umami-rich “dragon bowls” loaded with coconut grains and veggies, and toast topped with avocado and lavender-cured salmon. Photo courtesy of @demarianyc on Instagram.

And since you’ll be out and about during NYFW away from the office, might as well make it official with your music, too. NYFW is pretty NSFW anyway, after all, so our newest Spotify playlist, Not Safe for Work, should help:
